Pricing is based on an hourly rate for the first cleaning service. Once a client signs up for regular cleaning services we will offer a flat rate. Prices include all eco-friendly equipment and supplies EXCEPT: bathroom sponge and toilet scrubber. If you do not own these items, you may contact Maria’s Cleaning Service to purchase them at a discounted rate.

Any additional services can be added to the cleaning upon request and do not incur and extra charge, they simply increase the cleaning time. Our pricing is conveniently structured so that you can create a customized package that fits with your space and budget.
